Your watch in your AI.

What each watch gives the check-in, what you still have to tell, and how to connect the brand directly to your AI, without going through the dashboard.

Three check-in levels

The level says what the watch measures. How you woke up, hydration and protein always come from you, and your AI sets the day's traffic light.

Complete

HRV, sleep, resting HR, readiness and energy.

Recovery

HRV, sleep and resting HR. Some models add readiness or energy.

Essential

Sleep and resting HR, no HRV.

Garmin

No official connector

The most complete watches for the check-in, but Garmin doesn't have an official AI connector yet.

Your AI reads on its own

Nothing, for now

You tell it

The Garmin Connect numbers your model gives, plus how you woke up, hydration, protein and notes.

  • Readiness is Training Readiness, from 1 to 100, and energy is Body Battery, which every model listed here has.
  • HRV Status needs about 3 weeks of overnight wear to build its baseline.

How to connect it to your AI

Garmin offers an official personal key, read-only, but no connector to paste into your AI. For now, read the numbers in Garmin Connect and tell your AI.

COROS

Official connector

COROS has its own connector. You sign in with your COROS account, and your AI reads the data on its own.

Your AI reads on its own

Overnight HRV, sleep and resting HR.

You tell it

How you woke up, hydration, protein and notes. COROS has no readiness or energy score.

  • Recovery % isn't readiness: COROS works it out from load and fitness, leaving out sleep and HRV. Don't report it as readiness.
  • Overnight HRV needs 5 nights to build its normal range. COROS warns that the available data depends on the watch.
  • Ask for last night only: an answer covering several days is long and uses up your AI's quota.

How to connect it to your AI

Claude
  1. 1Open Customize, then Connectors, and look for COROS.
  2. 2Click Connect, authorize and sign in to your COROS account.
  3. 3If COROS isn't on the list, use + Add, then Add custom connector, with this address:https://mcp.coros.com/mcp

The free plan allows one custom connector, which you'll want to keep for MY TRAKR. If the address fails on a European account, use https://mcpeu.coros.com/mcp.

ChatGPT
  1. 1Click your profile and open the settings.
  2. 2Choose Plugins, look for COROS and click the plus sign.
  3. 3Authorize and sign in to your COROS account.

COROS lists ChatGPT Plus among the plans that work.

Claude Code
  1. 1Paste this command into your terminal and press Enter:claude mcp add --transport http --scope user coros https://mcp.coros.com/mcp
  2. 2Open Claude Code, type /mcp and sign in to your COROS account.

COROS doesn't publish this command. It follows Claude Code's documentation, with COROS's official address.

Apple Watch

Official in the United States only

Apple Watch measures HRV, sleep and resting HR, but Apple Health has no cloud connection or connector of its own.

Your AI reads on its own

In the United States only, in Claude on iPhone: HRV, sleep and resting HR.

You tell it

Outside the United States, the numbers from the Health app. Everywhere, how you woke up, hydration, protein and notes.

  • The readiness score runs from 0 to 10 and only exists on Series 12 and Ultra 4. If you report it, state the scale.
  • Apple Health stores HRV using a different formula, so compare it only with yourself, never with another brand.

How to connect it to your AI

In Italy, Brazil and elsewhere outside the United States, there's no official path yet. Read the numbers in the Health app and tell your AI.

Claude on iPhone, United States only
  1. 1Use the Claude app on iPhone, on a Pro, Max or Ultra plan. The feature is in beta.
  2. 2Ask a question about your health.
  3. 3When Claude asks for access, choose the data on the Apple Health screen.

Read-only. Anthropic doesn't say whether it works alongside other connectors in the same conversation.

Suunto

No official connector

Race, Vertical and Ocean measure HRV and sleep, but Suunto doesn't have a confirmed official AI connector yet.

Your AI reads on its own

Nothing, for now

You tell it

The numbers from the watch or the Suunto app, plus how you woke up, hydration, protein and notes.

  • Resources % is the closest thing to energy, but it's Suunto's own calculation and doesn't match other brands'.
  • The manuals list no resting HR of its own: use the lowest overnight HR, which the watch shows under sleep.
  • Sleep is estimated from movement, as the manual itself warns.

How to connect it to your AI

There's no confirmed official path yet, and Suunto's API isn't open to personal use. For now, read the numbers and tell your AI.

Amazfit

No official connector

Balance, Active and T-Rex measure overnight HRV and sleep, but the brand doesn't have an official AI connector yet.

Your AI reads on its own

Nothing, for now

You tell it

The numbers from the Zepp app, plus how you woke up, hydration, protein and notes.

  • BioCharge is the closest thing to energy, but it's Zepp's own calculation. Some models show a readiness score, and others have swapped it for BioCharge: check your app.
  • Resting HR appears in the Zepp app. The product pages don't list it model by model.

How to connect it to your AI

There's no official path yet. The press reports a connector in Zepp's plans for late 2026. For now, read the numbers in the app and tell your AI.

Without a connection, it works with any brand.

In the morning, open the watch's app, copy the numbers it gives and tell your AI, with the MY TRAKR connector on. It logs the check-in and sets the day's traffic light.

Today's check-in: HRV 52 ms, slept 7h20, resting HR 48. Woke up feeling good.

The numbers in the example are made up. Give only the fields your watch measures: the others stay hidden on the dashboard.

To log it, you need two connectors.

The brand's connector reads the watch, and MY TRAKR's writes to the dashboard. Turn both on in the same conversation.

How to add the MY TRAKR connector

Before connecting health data

What the AI reads then follows its provider's rules. On ChatGPT Free, Plus, Go and Pro, OpenAI may use what apps access to train models if "Improve the model for everyone" is on. Never give your watch account's password to a tool that isn't the brand's own: logins have been reported blocked.

Dashboard privacy notice

The AI account is yours.

MY TRAKR doesn't charge for the AI, but each plan has its own rules.

Claude
It works even on the free plan, with a limit of one custom connector.
ChatGPT
It needs a paid plan and the web version. OpenAI only guarantees reading and writing on Business, Enterprise and Edu. On Pro, custom connectors are read-only, and Plus isn't mentioned.
Claude Code
It runs in the terminal and needs a paid Claude plan or an API account.

Checked on November 4, 2026. Menus and plans change without notice. Garmin, COROS, Apple, Suunto and Amazfit belong to their owners, and MY TRAKR has no tie to them.
