What this site collects, why, who else has access and how to ask for deletion.

Who is responsible

The controller of your data is Cristiano Cunha - Zero Ventuno, Via Lurisia, 3, 12100 Cuneo (CN), Italy. For anything about privacy, write to cristiano@zeroventuno.com.

What this notice covers

The mytrakr.fit site and the form to join the list. The dashboard, open by invitation only, holds training and health data and has its own rules: whoever gets an invitation also gets its specific notice.

What we collect and why

  • The form. Your email, whether you're an athlete or a coaching team, the page's language and what you chose on it: race, weeks, hours per week, watch, AI and number of athletes. We use it to tell you about your spot and to reply to you, with no newsletter or advertising. The legal basis is your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without the email we can't reach you; the rest is optional.
  • Visits. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics: page, where you came from, approximate country or city, device and browser. We only see aggregated numbers, and a session is recognized by a code derived from the request, discarded after 24 hours. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages work (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Technical logs. When you open a page, the hosting provider receives data such as IP address, page, date and browser, needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is also legitimate interest.
  • Site tests. In the workout file test, the file is read in your browser and never leaves it. The demo AI connector uses a made-up athlete, and from it we log only the name of the app that connected and the tool it used.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies and doesn't use browser storage, so it shows no cookie notice. The dashboard uses a cookie to keep you signed in, which only appears after you sign in to your account.

Who else has access

  • Vercel Inc. (United States). Hosts the site, receives the form and measures visits.
  • Hostinger (group based in Lithuania). Hosts the automation server (n8n) that builds the form notice, and the mailbox where it arrives.

They process this data on our behalf. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

Data outside Europe

The form is processed on Vercel servers in Ireland, and pages are delivered from the point of its network closest to you. Because Vercel is a United States company, it may process data there, such as technical logs and visit statistics, relying on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where required, on standard contractual clauses. The automation server is in Europe, and Hostinger states that it uses standard contractual clauses when it transfers data outside the European Economic Area.

How long we keep it

  • Email and choices: up to 12 months after the last contact, or until you ask for deletion. If you join the dashboard, its rules apply instead.
  • Delivery record on the automation server: temporary, only to fix failures.
  • Hosting logs: for the period set by the provider.
  • Visit statistics: kept only as aggregated numbers.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to what we do on the basis of legitimate interest. Just write to cristiano@zeroventuno.com; we reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, in Italy, or to the data protection authority in your country. People in Brazil have equivalent rights under the LGPD and can use the same email.

We make no automated decisions about you with this data. The form is not meant for anyone under 14.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change affects data we already hold about you, we'll tell you by email.
